Find out where you can collect your participant ID badge for the XXXII Economic Forum in Karpacz.

The area of the Economic Forum is covered by a personal identification system and monitored by security services. Admission to the Conference Centre is possible only after presentation of a name badge with a photograph. Participants shall collect the badge in person on the basis of an identity card.

If you are accommodated by the Organiser, name badges will be available at the hotel reception at your accommodation.

Please note: the exception to this rule are guests accommodated in Hotel Gołębiewski and in Sun&Snow Suites, who must collect their badge at the Forum Point before entering the Conference Centre.

If you do not use accommodation through the Organiser, badges will be available for collection at Forum Point.

Forum Point is located in the building of the Hotel Nowa Królowa Karkonosze at ul. Konstytucji 3-ego Maja 22, 58-540 Karpacz.

The badge collection point is open from Monday at:

– Monday 4 September between 10:00 and 22:00
– Tuesday 5 September from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
– Wednesday 6 September from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
– Thursday 7 September from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m.
