The challenges that cities are facing nowadays – climate change results, infrastructural but also political – require not only long-term strategies, but also brave decisions. How to reconcile a long-term perspective with times requiring quick reactions to changes? How to make real not facade, revolutions in decarbonization or resilience? How to stay in dialogue with citizens and avoid populism during decision-making processes?
