The younger generation of Poles faces different dilemmas than their parents’ generation—the creators of economic success after the 1990s. Not only are the vectors and perspectives of economic development changing, but also the value systems that guide us, which directly influence our attitudes and choices. That is why intergenerational dialogue plays a key role in building mutual understanding and a community based on the diverse value frameworks characteristic of each generation.

We are creating a platform where young leaders can find space to collaborate and shape responsible decisions. We believe that true leadership grows from relationships, cooperation, and the ability to unite around a common idea—and that is why we have created the platform called Young@Forum.
