- Promoting social and political education in the service of the democratic future of the Republic of Poland and the countries located in Central and Eastern Europe.
- Supporting the development of economic, scientific, technical, and cultural cooperation, as well as initiating and supporting initiatives in these fields.
- Working towards cooperation and building trust between the countries of Central and Eastern Europe.
- Supporting and undertaking activities aimed at better understanding by citizens and local communities of the processes occurring during the transformation from a centrally managed state and economy to a democratic state with a market economy.
