The invited guests will received all the hotel details prior to the Forum.

Number of places in hotels is limited. Information about accommodation and cost will be sent by the Organizer by e-mail.

Hotel rooms are available from September 06th till September 7th. The reservation includes 1 night with breakfast. Overstays will be charged. There will be a possibility to store baggage after checkout. Extras like phone, fax, minibar are payable upon checkout. Participants who fail to cancel by July 30th and do not show up will be charged accommodation cost.
