European Union’s Eastern Policy, especially the Eastern Partnership Initiative, intends to support democratic and economic transformations of neighbouring countries. Ladies and gentleman, dear friends,

I am  pleased to extend to you the invitation to Take part in the EU-Moldova Forum organised under the aegis  of the Prime Minister of Poland, Donald Tusk, and myself, which will be held on 29-31 March 2011, in Chisinau.

It is an honour and privilege for the Republic of Moldova to host this high-level event designer to bring together those who wish to think together over the way to respond to the European aspirations of the Republic of Moldova, to seek possible Solutions to democratic, economic, structural, and geopolitical challenge sit faces along its European integration path.

The main objective of the Forum is to provide a timely  framework for  taking stock and openly exchanging views on such vital issues as what and why is Worth investing in Moldova, what opportunities and benefits this country can offer to its European partners, challenges and perspectives of the European integration of the country, how to overcome a standstill in the Transnistrian settlement process and others.

The Forum will help consolidated progressive forces around Moldova in its European integration endeavours and will undoubtedly write a New page in the Moldovan-Polish relationships.
