Beata Szydło and Alior Bank awarded The Economic Forum’s awards

The first day of the 27th Economic Forum was traditionally crowned by the Festive Award Gala. Prime Minister Beata Szydło was chosen the “Man of the Year” whereas Alior Bank was chosen the “Company of the Year” at the 27th Economic Forum in Krynica.

Beata Szydło’s government, since its inception, has implemented a few flagship social programs, including the program “Rodzina 500 Plus” (Family 500 Plus) and works are underway to fully launch the program “Mieszkanie Plus” (Home Plus).

The “Company of the Year” award went to Alior Bank. The award was collected by Michał Jan Chyczewski, acting President of the Management Board.

A special award of the 27th Economic Forum in Krynica went to the President of Georgia – Giorgi Margvelashvili whilst the New Culture of the New Europe went to Svetlana Alexievich, an outstanding Belarussian writer and journalist.
