The Forum’s mission is to create a favorable climate for the development of political and economic cooperation between EU member states and their neighbours. In fulfilling its mission, the Forum is independent and impartial.
- promote social and political education serving democratic future of Poland and other countries in Central and Eastern Europe
- promote development of economic, scientific, technological and cultural co-operation; support and undertake mutual initiatives in those fields
- act for the benefit of co-operation and trust building among Central and East European countries
- support and undertake activities and projects helping individuals and communities better understand local processes induced by transformation of centrally planned economies into modern, democratic states with free market economies
