In order to better fulfill the mission of the Economic Forum, the Institute for Eastern Studies decided to establish the Programme Council, which:
- sets short- and long-term directions for development of the Forum
- adopts and evaluates reports summarizing Forum - related activities
- adopts resolutions on important social, political and economic issues influencing the Forum's mission
- adopts resolutions on all the issues connected with development of the Forum
